Terms of use

You send us your details through the form. We build your website and send you a preview on WhatsApp within 48 hours, or within 24 hours if you have paid the €10 express fee.

You pay only if you want the site. There is no deposit and no obligation to go ahead once you have seen it.

Start is €49, Pro is €99 and Max is €129, each a single payment. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or by mobile wallet. Prices are shown in euros and include [tax treatment].

After the first year you pay only for what you keep: your own domain at €15 a year and the loyalty card at €29 a year, both optional. Hosting stays free.

Start and Pro include two free changes a year, then €5 per change, or €9 a month for up to ten changes a month. With Max you edit prices and items yourself, whenever you want.

Your photos, your prices and your brand remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us.

Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you.

The underlying templates, code and design system remain ours. Sites on our free address carry a small Selanjo badge.

We keep your site online and working. We are not liable for lost profits or for anything outside our control, such as an outage at a hosting or messaging provider. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by [governing law] and disputes go to the courts of [jurisdiction].
