Refunds and cancellation
You see the finished website before you pay anything, so the usual refund question mostly disappears. These are the cases where it still matters.

Draft, not legal advice
This was written around how the site and the service actually work, and it is accurate on those facts. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The company details are not filled in and the governing law has not been confirmed. Have a qualified adviser in the relevant country check it before launch.
01Before you pay
Nothing is owed until you have seen your site and said yes. If you decide against it at any point before that, you owe nothing, there is no cancellation fee, and you do not need to give a reason.
This is the whole point of how we sell. The risk sits with us, not with you.
02Your right to change your mind
If you are buying as a consumer rather than for a business, EU law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
There is an exception that matters here. Where a service is fully performed within those 14 days, and you expressly asked us to start straight away and acknowledged that you would lose the right once it was done, the withdrawal right ends on completion. Because we deliver within 48 hours, that exception will often apply.
[If you sell to consumers you must capture that express request and acknowledgment in writing before starting, or the exception does not apply and a full refund can be demanded. Ask your adviser for the exact wording and where to put it.]
Most of our customers contract as a business, where this right does not apply by default. Sole traders can sometimes still count as consumers depending on the country and the circumstances.
03After you have paid
- The site was delivered and you approved it
- No refund. You saw it before paying, which is what the preview is for.
- We failed to deliver what was agreed
- We fix it. If we cannot, you get a full refund.
- You paid for 24-hour delivery and we missed it
- We refund the €10 express fee.
- Your own domain (€15 a year)
- Not refundable once registered: the registry charges us immediately and will not reverse it. The domain stays yours for the year either way.
- Loyalty card (€29 a year)
- Cancel any time. We refund the unused whole months remaining in the year.
- Care plan (€9 a month)
- Cancel any time. It stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
- An upgrade between plans
- Refundable in the first 14 days if the new features have not been set up yet.
04How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp at +33 7 67 86 36 83 or email [contact email]. Tell us what happened; you do not need a form or a specific phrase.
We will reply within [number] working days. Where a refund is due we will send it by the same method you paid, within [number] days of agreeing it.
05If we cannot agree
Tell us first and we will try to sort it out directly. If that fails and you are a consumer in the EU, you can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, and you may be able to use a mediator in your country. [French businesses selling to consumers must name a registered mediator here. Confirm whether this applies to you.]
